Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fork Yeah (available at fork-yeah.ca and its associated app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Fork Yeah is a restaurant discovery and group decision-making application. The service allows users to:

• Create group sessions to collectively decide on restaurants
• Browse restaurant suggestions based on location and preferences
• Swipe to indicate interest in restaurants
• Match with other group members on a mutually liked restaurant
• Purchase a one-time ad-free premium upgrade ($2.99 CAD)

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fork Yeah. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Restaurant data displayed in Fork Yeah is sourced from Google Maps / Places API and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of restaurant information including hours, menus, prices, or availability. Always verify directly with the restaurant before visiting.

Fork Yeah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant displayed in the app.

Fork Yeah offers a one-time $2.99 ad-free premium upgrade. By purchasing:

• You agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information
• The purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the ad-free version
• The premium status is tied to the device/browser where the purchase was made unless you sign in with an account

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product and the low price point, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased premium status, please contact us at kyle@feelgoodsupplycompany.com and we will resolve it.

Fork Yeah, its logo, design, and content are the property of Fork Yeah and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our written permission. Restaurant names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

Fork Yeah is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Restaurant information is accurate, complete, or current
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fork Yeah and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from dining decisions made based on information provided by the app.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $5 if you have not made any purchases).

Fork Yeah may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., OpenTable for reservations, Uber Eats for delivery). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Use them at your own discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
